Shipping policy

You will receive a notification as soon as the goods are on their way. As soon as the package is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email.

1.The packages are ready for dispatch after 1-5 days (Handling time), depending on the availability of the items and the positive result of the credit check. 

2.Delivery time 8 to 15 days 

3.Order cutoff time (2:00 PM) Eastern Standard Time (New York) (excludes national holidays)

We currently only ship to United States.

Why would a package be returned?

We count on our shoppers to provide their correct address.  if we make an error on your address a replacement will be sent  free of charge.  If the shopper makes an error, we will send a replacement at cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
